# Job stats

> Views, applications, saves and how reliably your applicants hear back.

Your **Jobs** page shows views and saves next to each job. For more detail, choose **Stats** from a job's **Manage** menu.

## What the numbers mean

- **Views:** how many people looked at the job page. Each person is counted once a day, and we leave out search engine crawlers and your own team.
- **Applications:** people who applied on HumanFirstJobs.
- **Apply rate:** applications as a share of views.
- **Went to your site:** signed-in people who clicked through to your own careers page, for jobs that take applications there.
- **Saves:** people who saved the job to come back to.
- **Replied on time:** how many applicants heard back by the date the job promised.

Stats count from the day a job was published. Views per day cover the last 30 days.
