# Your data and privacy

> Who sees your information, how long it is kept, and how to download or delete it.

## Who sees what

- Employers you apply to see your application, resume and profile. Employers you haven't applied to don't.
- Employers you report never learn who reported them.
- We use service providers to run the site, such as hosting, email, payments and AI for resume filling and help answers. Read the [privacy policy](https://humanfirstjobs.com/privacy) for the full list.

## Download your data

Go to **Settings**, then **Profile**, and press **Download your data**. You get one file with your account, profile, applications, saved jobs, alerts and any reports you filed.

## How long we keep it

Applications are deleted 12 months after the job ends, along with the resume sent with them.

## Deleting your account

You can delete your account from **Settings**, then **Profile**.
