# Your hiring team

> Invite recruiters, and what owners and recruiters can each do.

## Inviting recruiters

Owners can invite people from the **Team** page. We email them a link that works for 7 days. They sign in or create an account with the invited email address to join. A team can have up to 25 people.

## What each role can do

- **Owners** can do everything: post and edit jobs, read applicants, change company details, manage the team, and use the company's appeal.
- **Recruiters** can post and edit jobs and read and reply to applicants.

Everyone on the team makes the no-AI promise when they publish a job.

## Removing someone

Owners can remove a recruiter from the **Team** page, and withdraw invitations that haven't been accepted. Owners can't be removed there; write to hello@humanfirstjobs.com if an owner needs to change.
