Upload a resume once, fill your profile from it if you like, and keep it up to date.

Your profile is what employers see when you apply: your resume, headline, experience, education, skills and links. A person at the company reads it, never AI.
Your resume
Upload a PDF or Word (.docx) file up to 5 MB on your Profile page. It's stored privately: only you and the employers you apply to can open it. Each application keeps a copy of the resume you sent, so changing it later doesn't change what an employer already received. You can download your saved resume from your profile at any time.
Filling your profile from your resume
After you upload a resume, you can choose Fill in from my resume. We use AI to copy your resume into the profile fields so you don't have to retype them. This is the only AI on HumanFirstJobs, it only runs when you ask, and nothing it produces is used to judge you. Check every field before you save: nothing is saved until you press Save profile.
